The Majesty of God

$10.00

The Creator God of the Bible is the only one truly creative. For He made the world out of nothing. Or perhaps better stated, He made us and this world out of the essence of who He is. When I paint a painting, I use the colours from His handiwork to bring an art piece into being. Likewise when a carpenter builds, they use the stone and wood He shaped to frame a house. Even a scientist uses the elements to bring new materials into existence. But the Author of life, the first Cause is the only one who created all the building blocks for every expression within life, every facet of our existence that we borrow and use to build, to design, to give, to love, to serve and to live.

Join us on a quest as we consider the Creator God of the universe!
Let us search for the purest gold as we dig into God’s Holy Word to learn
something of His majesty. For nothing matters more than a right view of
the King of Kings. Disregard the study of God, and you sentence yourself to
stumble and blunder through life blindfolded, with no sense of direction and
no understanding of what surrounds you. And if you don’t know who He
is, you also won’t know who you are. Contemplation of the High and Lofty
One who inhabits eternity is the highest thought a person can engage in.
Each one is called to ponder the ways and worth of the Divine Maker. The
psalmist declares “Who can compare with you, O God” (Psalm 72:19) For if
you are not captivated by God you will fall for something infinitely less down
here. Only a soul riveted on the Savior will not fall for an earthly distraction.
As we find our “All in All” in Jesus Christ, only then will all God’s blessings
and gifts He bestows fit into the proper place in our hearts. And only as we
recognize the greatness of His royalty will we find the place we were created
for, to bow in worship before His throne, for all the glory is His, forever and
ever. Amen.

“Can you solve the mysteries of God?
Can you discover everything about the Almighty?
Such knowledge is higher than the heavens—and who are you?
It is deeper than the underworld—what do you know?
It is broader than the earth and wider than the sea.”
