Baptism!  Few subjects have caused more concern or more controversy both in and out of the Church.  There are many views on baptism and they are strongly held.

In this study, every New Testament passage bearing on the subject of baptism is studied.  They are looked at in their context and in the light of other scriptures dealing with the theme.  The different baptisms found in the scriptures are reviewed.  The nature of the baptism commended by Christ is discussed (Matt. 28:19-20).  The relationship of baptism to salvation is explained and the baptism in the Holy Spirit is discussed.

Bautismo, ¿qué es? ¿Qué significa? ¿Cuándo se practica? ¿Cómo se hace? Cubriendo toda referencia nuevotestamentaria sobre el bautismo, da las respuestas a estas preguntas y más. ¡Bautismo! Pocos temas han causado tanta inquietud y controversia, dentro y fuera de la Iglesia. Hay muchas opiniones en cuanto al bautismo, y son fuertemente mantenidas. En este curso se estudia cada pasaje del Nuevo Testamento que tiene que ver con el bautismo. Se escudriñan en su contexto y a la luz de otras escrituras que tratan el tema. Se repasan los distintos bautismos en las escrituras. Se examina la naturaleza del bautismo encomendado por Cristo (Mateo 28:19-20). Se explica la relación que tiene el bautismo con la salvación, y se trata el bautismo en el Espíritu Santo.
