Run the Race
Is following Christ worth it? This was the issue the author of the book of Hebrews addressed when he wrote to 1st century Jewish Christians who were suffering for their allegiance to the Lord Jesus Christ. In his efforts to encourage them to stay the course he told them it is by faith that we endure to the end. He describes this faith in chapter 11 by giving examples of how a number of Old Testament saints lived it out. These testimonies to enduring faith are the focus of Run the Race.
